At AAEAA Group, we believe in transparent and value-driven partnerships. Our fee structure is designed to be flexible, ensuring that we can tailor our services and incentives to align with your specific goals, regardless of the size of your engagement.
Our fee model includes a combination of two parts tailored to the scale of engagement to ensure our clients receive the best support for their business needs:
*The retainership fees is deductible from the success fee’s however non-refundable in any other scenario.
Our retainership fees cover continuous consultancy, strategic advisory, and access to our network of industry experts. This fee is structured into three tiers based on the value of the engagement:

Between $2.5 Million and $10 Million | $ 15,000 per month |
Above $10 Million | $ 30,000 per month |
This fee ensures ongoing strategic oversight, regular reviews, and immediate support when needed and is capped at a maximum of 4 months of continuous payout.
Our success fees are performance-based and tied to the completion of agreed milestones, ensuring our incentives are aligned with your business outcomes. The success fees are determined by the overall value of the engagement:

Success fees are payable upon the successful achievement of predefined objectives, ensuring a results-oriented collaboration. This fee’s needs to be paid within 15 calendar days post the hard commitment of disbursement to the client.
